Returns Policy

Ralbru Fun & Games Returns & Faulty Goods Policy (UK)

This policy is in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.


1. Faulty, Damaged or Not as Described Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.

30-Day Short-Term Right to Reject

If a fault is identified within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund; or
  • A replacement (if preferred and available)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of agreeing the refund.

After 30 Days (Up to 6 Months)

If a fault develops after 30 days but within 6 months of delivery:

  • You are entitled to a repair or replacement in the first instance.
  • If a repair or replacement is not possible or unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a refund (which may be subject to a reasonable deduction for use where legally permitted).


2. Reporting a Fault

You must notify us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a fault.

Evidence: Photographs of the issue, packaging, and contents may be requested.

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods to verify the fault.


3. Return Costs for Faulty Goods

Where a fault is confirmed:

  • We will cover the reasonable cost of return postage; or
  • Provide a prepaid return label.

We will not reimburse return costs where a product is found not to be faulty.


4. Change of Mind & Non-Faulty Goods

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrectly ordered items
  • Opened or unsealed products where no fault exists

However, if your purchase was made online or at a distance, you may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

14-Day Cancellation Right (Distance Sales Only)

If you purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Goods that are unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return for hygiene or resale reasons, where applicable.

If you exercise your right to cancel:

  • You must return the goods within 14 days.
  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty.
  • Items must be returned unused and in resaleable condition.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.


5. Exclusions

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or abnormal use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor cosmetic packaging damage that does not affect game play
  • Missing components reported after prolonged use without reasonable explanation


6. Business Customers

If you are purchasing as a business, different rights may apply
